Your Vision, Your Florals
Every Bloom wedding begins with you. Whether you're dreaming of romantic garden-inspired florals, something bold and contemporary, or a style entirely your own, we take the time to understand your vision, venue and the atmosphere you want to create.

Our approach is entirely personalised, thoughtfully bringing together your chosen florals, colours and styling details to create a design that feels uniquely yours.

Explore & Enquire
Our Floral Estimator is the perfect place to begin. Explore our floral and styling options, select the pieces you love and create an indicative estimate tailored to your celebration.

Once you've submitted your selections, we'll be in touch to discuss your ideas, clarify the details and provide an initial quotation based on your requirements. This gives you a clear understanding of your potential investment before deciding to move forward.

Secure Your Date
Once you're happy with your initial quotation and ready to proceed, a 10% non-refundable booking fee secures your wedding date and is credited towards your total investment.

You'll receive access to your private client portal, where your booking documents, invoices and important details are conveniently kept together throughout your planning journey.

With your date secured, we can begin developing your personalised floral design in detail.​

Design & Creation
This is where the creative magic begins!
​
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll develop your personalised floral design proposal, complete with moodboards, floral planning and digital mockups to bring your vision to life. We'll work closely with you to refine your colours, arrangements and styling details, creating a beautifully cohesive design that feels entirely yours.

As your wedding approaches, we'll begin creating your florals, sharing progress and keeping you involved along the way. With ongoing communication and guidance, you'll feel confident knowing every detail is being carefully considered.

Bringing It All Together
For our full-service weddings, we'll take care of delivery, installation and styling, ensuring your florals are beautifully positioned and ready for your celebration. Where included, we'll also restyle selected ceremony arrangements into your reception space and return for packdown and collection of hire pieces.

For keepsake-only bookings, your finished florals are carefully packaged and shipped approximately 2–3 weeks before your wedding, or earlier by arrangement, so they're safely in your hands well before the big day.

The Finer Details
A few practical details help keep your Bloom experience running smoothly.
​
Payment Schedule: Following your initial 10% booking fee, a 50% progress payment is due five months before your wedding, with the remaining balance due one month prior.
​
Hire Items: A refundable $250 security bond applies to bookings containing hire pieces, returned within seven days of retrieval provided all items are received in good, undamaged condition with nothing missing.
​
Booking Minimums: A $3,000 minimum applies to Saturday and Sunday weddings, with a $1,000 minimum for hireable items outside a full-service booking.
​
Delivery & Collection: Applicable delivery, installation, packdown and shipping fees are outlined in your personalised proposal.
